I am buying the Collector’s Edition, Now what?
If your order is received by 12pm CST Monday-Friday, we will typically ship your order to the shipping address you provided next business day. For orders received after 12pm CST or after business hours, we will ship next business day. Available items will be charged and delivered immediately. The giclée print of The Letterman will be signed by the artist and shipped separately to the address you provided.
What is a Giclée anyway?
The Letterman reproduction prints are created using a process known as Giclée Printing. Each giclée is printed individually on heavy fine art paper at 1800 dots per inch. It is the highest quality reproduction process available—six times the dots per inch used to print lithographs. Every giclée is hand numbered, signed and titled by the artist.
Can I buy the Letterman Giclée separately?
The bad news is “no.” The good news is you can get it as a part of purchasing the Collector’s Edition. But, wait, there’s Moore: you will be one of only 200 people in the universe who will own this first edition giclée reproduction.

What is your shipping policy?

What is your return policy?
“All sales are final” although we do return and exchange at our discretion. But hey, we’re super nice. If your order is incorrect or arrives damaged, you are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price. To receive a refund, please contact us at fulfillment@cooltitles.com with your order number to begin the return process. You must return your item(s) to us within 14 days of the delivery date and in the same condition as received. Please note that we do not accept exchanges or substitutions for purchased items.
What’s your privacy policy?
We take your privacy very seriously. We will never tell anyone that you shop with us or share your information with anyone (pinky swear). If you shop with our site, we will only use this information to process your order. And we’ll only send you our newsletter if you ask for it.
